Return & Refund Policy
At Kidoriman, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our simple return and exchange policy.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
- Beyond 24 hours, orders will be considered final and ready to be shipped to your doorstep.
1. Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached.
2. Responsibility for Shipping Costs:
- Kidoriman will be responsible for shipping costs for products with manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or items damaged upon receipt. Simply send us a photo/video of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a replacement or refund. No need to return the affected items. Make sure to contact us within 30 days from delivery date.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to personal preference or incorrect size selection.
3. Timeline for Returns:
- Eligible items may be returned within 90 days from the date you received the item.
- Damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Size Selection:
We highly recommend following the measurement guide, table, and instructions found in each product description to ensure the correct size selection.
5. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed promptly, with a credit applied to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.
6. For Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be reflected.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a processing time before a refund is posted to your account balance.
- If you still have not received your refund after following these steps, please contact us at email@example.com.
7. Where should I send the returned items?
A returns label is not provided. Customers must return their items at their own cost (except special cases - see above).
- Package the item securely, including the completed Return order form.
- Choose a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

- Clearly state whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund for your returned item.
- Include the tracking number associated with your return.
- You will be responsible for all applicable tax’s customs duty, and clearance charges.
- We recommend labelling the parcel RETURNED GOODS to avoid custom charges. Please ensure you keep a copy of your returns receipt until the your return has been received and refund processed.
- Some deliveries may be subject to additional customs & import fees. If you refuse to pay duties & taxes, delivery costs for returning your parcel back to us will be subtracted on your order.
