Sizing
What size should I order?
Start with the size chart on each product page. Take these measurements before ordering:
- Waist: around your body just below the belly button, where your pants naturally sit
- Hips: around the widest part
- Thigh: around the fullest part of your thigh
- Inseam / length: from crotch to ankle
For tops, also measure:
- Chest: around the fullest part, tape flat and level
- Shoulders: straight across your back, edge to edge
- Sleeve length: from shoulder seam to end of sleeve
If you've ordered before, measure again. We recently updated our sizing to better align with US standards. Your previous size may no longer be correct.
If you're between sizes on pants, size up for a relaxed fit or stay true to size for a cleaner silhouette. When in doubt, email us with your measurements and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do the items run true to size?
After our recent sizing update, yes. They're designed to match true US sizing. That said, fit varies by style. The Shinu has a more structured fit while the Kireina runs more relaxed. Check the individual product page for fit notes specific to that style.
The safest approach: measure your waist and hips, and compare directly to the size chart before ordering.

When will my order arrive

Express shipping (2-day, USA) is available at checkout. We often ship same day or next day, so if you need it fast, select Express when you order.

USA
- Free on orders over $85
- Standard: $9.95
- Express (2-day): rate shown at checkout
- Remote US locations (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.): $49.95 flat rate. Express not available.
International
- Most locations: $9.95
- Some locations are higher, the rate for your country will show at checkout.
Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We'd recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
Do you ship internationaly
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Due to high shipping costs, we're currently unable to serve a number of locations. If your country isn't available at checkout, it's likely on the exclusions list.

Will I have to pay import duties or customs fees?
Possibly. Import taxes and customs fees are set by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges.
If you refuse delivery because of customs fees, the order is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
We recommend checking with your local post office or customs authority before ordering if you're unsure what to expect.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo. All prices are in USD. Cash on delivery is not available.
Interest-free instalments are available with Shop Pay.
Orders & Changes
Can I change or cancel my orders?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing it, and only if it hasn't shipped yet. We often fulfill orders within a few hours, so the sooner you reach out the better.
Email info@kidoriman.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it, you'll need to receive it first, then follow the return process.
How do bundles work?
Bundles let you pick multiple items at a better combined price. You select the products and sizes you want, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
You have 90 days from delivery to return or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with tags attached.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the issue is on our end (wrong item, manufacturing defect, wrong size shipped). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I return or exchange an item?
- Download and complete the return form.
- Pack the item securely with the completed form inside.
- Ship using a tracked method. Label the parcel "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges if shipping internationally.
- Email info@kidoriman.com with your order number, tracking number, and whether you want a refund or exchange.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Don't ship it back. Just take a photo or short video and send it to info@kidoriman.com with your order number.
We'll sort it, replacement or full refund, your choice. We cover all shipping costs in these cases.
This applies to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Items that arrived damaged
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size shipped (different from what you ordered)
When will I recieve my refund?
Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund within 3–10 business days. It can take up to 10 additional business days to appear in your account. This depends on your bank, not us.
Can I drop off a return in person?
No. All returns must be sent by mail. Our facility is not open to the public for drop-offs or order pickups.
Product Care
How do I care for cotton, cotton blend, and linen items?
- Machine wash cold, delicate cycle
- No bleach
- Wash separately from towels or anything that sheds, lint sticks to these fabrics
- Hang dry to prevent shrinkage
Some shrinkage after the first wash is normal.
How do I care for items with embroidery or print?
- Hand wash only, turned inside out
- Cold water, no bleach or harsh chemicals
- Do not wring
- Hang dry in the shade
- If ironing is needed, use low heat on the reverse side only

Monday to Friday, business hours. If you reach out on a weekend or holiday, we'll get back to you the next business day, usually within 1–2 business days.

Yes. Sign up for email and get 10% off your first order. You can find the signup form on our website footer.
