Return & Refund Policy
At Kidoriman, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to ensure every product description is accurate and detailed so there are no surprises when your order arrives. Here's everything you need to know if something isn't right.
Cancellations
You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. We often ship very quickly, sometimes within just a few hours, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, even if that's only a few hours after placement, we can no longer edit or cancel it. At that point, you'll need to receive the item before requesting a return or exchange.

Returns
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
What we cover
Kidoriman will cover shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement for:
- Items with manufacturing defects that make them impossible to use
- Items that are different from what was ordered
- Items where the wrong size was shipped
- Items damaged upon receipt
For any of the above, simply send a photo or video to info@kidoriman.com, no need to return the item. Please report within 30 days of delivery. Reports made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
What the buyer covers
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when:
- The item doesn't meet personal expectations
- The selected size doesn't fit (please use our measurement guides before ordering, size-related returns are not covered)
- An exchange for a different product is requested
Please note: original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances and will not be credited in disputes or chargebacks.
Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 90 days from the date of receipt.
How to Return an Item
- Package the item securely and include your completed return order form.
- Choose a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
- Email info@kidoriman.com with:
- Whether you are requesting a refund or replacement
- The tracking number for your return shipment
- Ship to:

Please note:
- Label your parcel RETURNED GOODS to help avoid customs charges.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and clearance charges.
- Keep a copy of your return receipt until your refund has been processed.
- If you refuse to pay duties and taxes on delivery, the cost of returning the parcel to us will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, processing times vary.
- Contact your bank. Refunds may take additional time to post.
